Thank you for serving as a Sunday morning greeter for Community Evangelical Free Church. You are the first one people see when they come to church and your friendliness and warmth are very important. We appreciate your participation in this ministry.

The list above is the greeter schedule for 2009. A postcard will be mailed to you the week before you are to serve as a reminder and to convey any important information. If you are not able to greet on your assigned Sunday, please arrange to switch with another person/couple and also inform Jean Morgan (657-0006) of the change.

GREETER DUTIES

1) Be at the entrance 15 minutes before the service begins and remain at the entrance until 15 minutes after the service begins.

2) Please wear the greeter name tag(s) provided

3) Welcome those who come through the door and hand bulletins to adults and offer children’s bulletins to children age 3 to 12 (there are 2 different children’s bulletins with the ages indicated at the top.)

4) Direct newcomers to the worship area or appropriate Sunday School classrooms.
